Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. This role involves gathering client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify how Odoo can address them.
- Configure Odoo modules to match the client's specific workflows and processes.
- Develop custom Odoo applications if needed.
- Migrate data from existing systems to Odoo.
- Train end-users on how to utilize Odoo effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during or after implementation.
- Provide ongoing support to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Odoo implementation.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data migration is a plus.
Additional Skills (Depending on the company)
- Experience with other ERP systems.
- Development skills in Python or other programming languages.
