Relationship Management:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Client Service and Support:
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Resolving client issues and concerns effectively.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., customer support, product development) to provide excellent service.
- Gathering and providing client feedback to improve products and services.
Account Management and Administration:
- Monitoring account performance and tracking key metrics.
- Preparing and presenting reports on account status.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
