Backend Developer (4–6 Years Experience)

Role Overview 

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 4–6 years of experience who has strong core engineering fundamentals and a growth mindset. You’ll work on building scalable backend systems while continuously learning and applying modern technologies. 

Key Responsibilities 

● Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python 

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code 

● Implement unit tests to ensure reliability and stability 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) ● Participate in code reviews and technical discussions 

● Improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability 

Core Requirements 

● 4–6 years of backend development experience 

● Strong proficiency in Python 

● Solid understanding of unit testing practices (pytest) 

● Solid proficiency using git 

● Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban) ● Strong problem-solving and software design skills 

Preferred / Nice to Have 

● Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 

● Familiarity with: 

○ Firebase 

○ Cloud Functions 

○ BigQuery 

○ Firestore 

● Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, monitoring, etc.)
