We're seeking a passionate Account Manager to build and nurture strong relationships with our valued clients. You'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships. 

Relationship Management:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understanding client needs and anticipating their expectations.
  • Fostering open communication and addressing client concerns promptly.

Client Service and Support:

  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
  • Resolving client issues and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., customer support, product development) to provide excellent service.
  • Gathering and providing client feedback to improve products and services.

Account Management and Administration:

  • Monitoring account performance and tracking key metrics.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on account status.
  • Maintaining accurate client records.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
